Each home is priced individually for Perma Log since there are many factors to consider:

What is the surface of the wall we’re covering, ie: wood, log, cement block? Are there obstacles to work around? How many windows and doors? We deduct for doors and door-walls, but most windows slow us down. Is it a two story home, porch posts, size of gable? All are factors which make pricing individual for each job….. and, LOCATION, of course!

Local Jobs are about $17 a SQ. FT., installed, for Log.

Stucco is approximately 30% less than Log, at about $11.25 per SQ. FT. installed.

If you would like an estimate for your home we will need the linear footage or a small sketch with the dimensions of each wall, along with your location. Additionally, a photo of each side of your home or cabin will be very helpful in getting you an accurate estimate.

COLORS

We have many color choices, ranging from very dark to reddish browns, medium brown, to beige or tan and various shades of gray. We use dye in the mix of the second coat, so it lasts a lifetime.
